My Favorite Mindful Gifts for the Holidays

Dear Mama,

How are you doing entering the holiday season?

Are you feeling overwhelmed or ready to greet the season with energy and enthusiasm?

Are you wondering how on earth you are going to participate in the holiday events at school, bake amazing chocolate chip cookies for the bake sale and get all of your gifts in time for the holiday?

Notice where you are at today, and if it's not quite where you intended to be this season, I have a wonderful option for you at the end of this newsletter today.

One thing that always causes me so much unneeded stress buying holiday gifts for my loved ones. I LOVE watching them open them and see if they like it or receive it with gratitude. However, the endless questions that come up in my head about each and every gift are exhausting.

*Do they want this?
* Is it on their list?
* Did I spend enough to show my love? (This is a biggie that I continually work through--gifts don't express love--actions do)
* Did I do enough for them?
* Will they like it or return it?

And it goes on and on and on....

I remember for myself, that I deeply love my loved ones, and buying gifts is not the only way of showing love, but is a mark of my gratitude and love for them. It's where the gift is from, my heart, that makes it special, not truly what the object is or how much was spent.

When I do buy gifts, I try to make them thoughtful and considerate and unique. And this year I rounded up my favorite items to share with you! (Please note that some of these are affiliate links, and any purchase you make through them, supports this business, and ultimately comes back to you in the way of service)

My favorite mindful gifts of the season

* The Spire Stone and and the Spire Health Tags wirelessly tracks your breathing and alerts you when you are holding your breath and may feel stressed. I've been using the stone for the last year and noticed that I forget to breath when I'm on my phone (!). This link will get you $20 off your first purchase with Spire.

* My intent bracelets are such a fun way to keep your word of the year or your intention with you to see each day. They have a great mission to encourage people to share their truth and and inspiration with each other.

* The 5-minute Gratitude Journal is my go-to journal for my morning gratitude journaling. It's very inspiring and SIMPLE. It's worth the price, get a beautiful pen to go with it and begin your year in a space of gratitude. I've gifted this several times to loved ones!

* The Buddha Board is a fun gift for adults and kids alike. You paint with water and the painting gradually begins to disappear so you have a clean slate. (Our goal with meditation!). This has worked great for our 7 year old, who doesn't get upset when he doesn't get a painting "just right". He just waits it out and starts again.

*The Zenergy chime is a beautiful sounding chime that is wonderful to hear and brings in a spirit of mindfulness to the home.

* The Doterra Kids Oil set is amazing! I ordered this for my son last month and he was so happy and delighted. He spent an hour going through each of the oils and deciding when he would use each one: Brave, Steady, Rescuer, Thinker, Stronger, and Calmer. He uses them each day before school and before bed. If you've been considering learning more about oils and their uses in health, well-being and calm, this is great time! Reply back to this email if you are interested in saving 20% off the price of these and every single item Doterra offers!

*Personalized Intention Stones

These are a great gift for a loved to remember how important they are and loved. Sometimes having a tangible reminder is so valued.

*Grounding bracelet from Energy Muse

I've ordered and gifted multiple pieces from this company and the quality is excellent! I really like this grounding bracelet (especially for Vatas).

I also love making personalized ornaments, yoga and self care boxes and memberships for my loved ones. I am huge fan of experiences and love that someone would consider gifting me this. It makes me feel hugely pampered.

I hope you find these helpful! Let me know your favorite gifts in the comments on the blog.

I'm offering a FREE 5 day program to Create Calm this holiday season. You'll get 5 different ways of taking care of yourself and entering the season with a spirit of gratitude and intention. Join here!

I hope you enjoy the holiday with your loved ones. Celebrate each and every moment.

With Gratitude,
Amisha
